Verify your appointment is real
Give us your name and phone number, and we'll look up your appointment while you're on the line — the date, the time, and the company it's with. If we don't have a record of it, we'll tell you plainly.
For Homeowners
If someone from Miller Connections called or texted you, it's because a local home service company asked us to schedule an appointment on their behalf. Here's who we are, how to check that your appointment is real, and how to make changes — or stop hearing from us entirely.
Who We Are
Miller Connections is an appointment-scheduling company based in Dayton, Ohio. Home service companies — fiber internet providers, home security dealers, solar installers, and other companies that work in the home — hire us to reach out to residents in their service area and schedule in-home visits, consultations, and estimates on their behalf.
So if we called you, it's because one of those companies serves your neighborhood. The appointment we set is with their team — our job is to find a time that works for you, confirm it before the visit, and handle any changes.
A real call from us will always
We will never ask you for payment. We don't take credit cards, gift cards, or deposits over the phone — ever. Anyone demanding payment to "hold" an appointment is not us.
What You Can Do
Our appointment line is answered by our own team, Monday through Saturday, 9am–9pm Eastern. Call or text (855) 763-6857 for any of the following:
Give us your name and phone number, and we'll look up your appointment while you're on the line — the date, the time, and the company it's with. If we don't have a record of it, we'll tell you plainly.
Life happens. Call or text and we'll move your appointment to a time that actually works, or cancel it outright — no hoops, no pressure to keep it.
Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts end immediately. To stop phone calls too, call the line — or just tell the agent on any call — and ask to be added to our do-not-call list. It's honored immediately and permanently.
Trust your instincts. Call the appointment line and ask — a real appointment takes thirty seconds to verify. You can also read our FAQ or privacy policy for how we handle your information.
