How we handle your information
Plain-language answers about what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Effective July 5, 2026.
Who we are
Miller Connections is an outbound calling and appointment-setting company based in Dayton, Ohio. Home service companies — fiber internet providers, home security dealers, solar installers, and similar businesses — hire us to schedule in-home appointments with residents in their service areas. This policy covers both this website and the calling and texting work we do.
Information you send us through this website
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, company (if any), email address, phone number, and your message — plus optional campaign details like industry and service area if you're a business inquiry. We use this information for one thing: responding to you. Submissions are delivered to us by email and are not added to any marketing list.
Appointment information we handle for client companies
When one of our client companies asks us to schedule appointments in your area, we may work with your name, phone number, address, and appointment details (date, time, and notes relevant to the visit). We collect and use this information only to schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments on that company's behalf — and we share it only with the company your appointment is for.

Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to text reminders when an appointment is booked, we may send you messages to confirm the appointment, remind you before the visit, and handle reschedules. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end immediately. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment — if you want to cancel or change the appointment itself, call or text the appointment line.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We also never ask for payment information over the phone — no credit cards, gift cards, or deposits.
Do-not-call requests
If you ask not to be called — on any call, by text, or through the appointment line — we add you to our internal do-not-call list immediately and permanently. Our calling lists are also scrubbed against do-not-call registries before campaigns begin, in line with TCPA and DNC standards.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and appointment records only as long as they're needed to do the work described above, meet our obligations to client companies, and honor do-not-call requests (which, by their nature, we keep permanently so they stay honored).

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. This version is effective July 5, 2026.
