About Miller Connections
Built by people who have run the appointments, not just booked them
Miller Connections started on the other side of this business: in the field, running appointments set by call centers. We saw what a good appointment looks like — the customer is home, expecting you, and knows roughly why you're there — and we saw what a bad one costs: a two-hour round trip to a door where nobody answers.
That experience shaped how we built the call center. The qualification questions exist because we've stood on the porch when they weren't asked. The day-before confirmation calls exist because show rate is the single biggest difference between a campaign that makes money and one that doesn't. The disposition tracking exists because "trust us, it's going great" isn't reporting.
Today we run outbound campaigns from Dayton, Ohio for home security, fiber internet, and home-service companies across the country. Our phone team works dialer-based campaigns daily, our appointments flow into shared tracking that clients can see, and ownership stays directly involved in every account.
We're deliberately not the biggest shop. We'd rather run fewer campaigns well — with standards we can actually enforce and clients we actually talk to — than scale past the point where the quality holds.
The whole operation runs on four convictions: bad appointments waste everyone's time. Reps need clear notes and confirmed expectations before they knock. Clients deserve honest disposition tracking, not optimistic summaries. And campaigns work better when the qualification standard is agreed on before the first dial — not negotiated after the first invoice.

How we operate
- A defined standard for billable work. What counts as a billable appointment is agreed in writing before a campaign starts, and the dispositions show how every appointment was classified.
- Numbers over narratives. Campaign reviews run on appointment data — volume, show rate, outcomes by territory — not on how the week felt.
- Compliance is non-negotiable. TCPA standards and DNC scrubbing on every campaign. It's your brand on the call, and we treat it that way.
- Direct communication. Clients talk to the people running their campaign. Problems get same-day answers.
