Owners who need a site that brings in work
A new site on your domain, or a rebuild of the one you have: forms, photos, search basics, hosting, and changes after launch.
CRM and Website Creation
We build CRMs and websites for business owners. Scheduling, customer records, text reminders, invoicing, team pay, and reporting, with a website that brings in the work and feeds it straight into your system. We run our own company on the same software every day.
Built on what we run ourselves
Miller Connections is a call center for home service companies. Our phone team books appointments for field consultants in several states, texts customers their confirmations and reminders, runs a phone line that answers on its own, and bills every client on a weekly invoice. All of it runs on software we built for ourselves. The CRM we build for you starts from that system and is shaped to your business.

What the CRM includes
Each piece below runs in our own business today. Your build takes the pieces your business needs and leaves out the rest.
Appointments book only into the hours each person works, with days off, notice windows, and time zones handled. The office and the field see the same calendar by day, week, and month, and a change made in the field shows for the office the moment it is saved.
One record per customer: contact details, every appointment, every text sent and received, notes, and a history of who changed what. Search by name, phone number, or address.
A confirmation text when an appointment books, a reminder the day before, and a follow up when someone misses. Replies land in the customer's record, and a customer who texts STOP is never texted again.
A line that answers every call, confirms, moves, or cancels the caller's appointment from the number they call from, takes a message, and passes anything else to a person on your team. Every call is logged with a summary.
Invoices build from the week's results at each client's rate, go out as PDFs by email, and track what was paid, what is past due, and what was carried forward. Minimums, credits, and payment plans are built in.
Pay weeks close with a locked record of what each person earned. Dashboards show appointments set, confirmed, run, sold, and missed by person, by client, and by week, with exports to CSV.
Owners, office staff, phone agents, and field reps each see what their job needs. Money visibility is set per role, every sign-in and change is logged, and an owner can view the system as any user to help them.
Upload lead lists, see which list produced which appointment, and keep a do-not-call list that every call and text checks first. Lists that stop producing are easy to spot and retire.
New hires and contractors sign their paperwork inside the system, with the signed copies stored on their record. A guided tour walks a new user through their first day.
Website creation
A site for your business on your own domain, written for the customers you want and built to load fast on a phone. When it is connected to the CRM, a request from the site becomes a record with a name on it, ready for the office to book.
Recent builds
The marketing site you are reading, the contact form that files every inquiry, and the portal our phone team, admins, and field consultants work in every day.
A work portfolio with a quote request form and a private owner area where finished jobs are photographed and posted from a phone.
Player accounts, teams, events, partners, and subs, with a staff side for the league.
A private, signed-in planning and investment workbench for an advisor's practice.
How a build runs
A call where you show us how the business runs now: how a job comes in, who schedules it, who texts the customer, how you bill, and how people get paid.
You get a written scope: what is built, in what order, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.
The site, or the first piece of the CRM, goes up on a private preview link. You click through it and send back what to change.
Your domain points at the finished site, your team gets their sign-ins, and the first week runs with us watching it.
The business changes and the software follows. Additions are scoped the same way, and every change is written up in patch notes your team can read.
Three ways to work with us
Owners who need a site that brings in work
A new site on your domain, or a rebuild of the one you have: forms, photos, search basics, hosting, and changes after launch.
Offices running on texts, spreadsheets, and a paper calendar
Scheduling, customer records, reminders, invoicing, pay, and reporting, built around how you work, with your current customers and lists brought in.
Owners who want the request on the site to become the job on the calendar
Both, connected. A form on the site creates the record, the office books it, the customer gets the texts, and the invoice follows the result.
Tell us how a job comes in today and what you use to schedule and bill it. The walkthrough sorts out the rest.

Questions owners ask first
Each build is quoted after the walkthrough, with the scope in writing before anything starts. A website and a CRM are priced separately, so you can start with one. Hosting and changes after launch are scoped with the build.
No. A build can start with the one piece that hurts most, usually scheduling and reminders, and add invoicing or reporting later. Your current customer list and lead lists can be brought in.
In a database set up for your business alone, with its own sign-ins and storage. Nothing is shared with another company, and your records can be exported.
Yes. Confirmation texts, day-before reminders, missed-appointment follow ups, and replies that land in the customer's record, from a phone number of your own. Opt outs are honored immediately.
Yes. A line can confirm, move, or cancel an appointment for the caller from the number they call from, take a message, and pass anything else to a person on your team. Every call is logged with a summary you can read.
Yes. Our field consultants use the CRM from their phones all day: their schedule, the customer's details, and the result of the visit. The site is built for phones first.
A simple website is a matter of days once the words and photos are in hand. A CRM goes up in stages, and the first stage is on a preview link before the rest is built. The scope gives a date for each stage.
We scope the build, build it, and are the people you talk to after launch. There is no account manager between you and the people who built it.
